Rocky thanked God, her lucky stars and everything else that persuaded Jared to move them away from the group. Walking along side of him, feeling his hand lightly on her back as he talked to Dominic, Rocky’s eyes wandered. Moving from the two male wolves over to the other scattered beings in the room, she could only imagine what beasts were hiding under human eyes. Jared only mentioned werewolves and vampires but the hunter instinct inside made her think she should prepare for more. As glance was broken and she was ushered up the stairs by Jared, apprehension continued to grow. Jared had requested Rowan’s attendance upstairs soon and it stirred Rocky since she wasn’t exactly directed on what to do next. So awkwardly, she walked down the hallway, observing all of the door decorations the inhabitants brazenly put up until they got to Riley’s door. It was obvious it belonged to her instead of the rest of the beasts. Arriving in front of Jared’s door, she had to smile and look up at the tall male next to her. “Jared loves Rocky? How adorable.” She chuckled. " Yeah, she thinks she just so cute. Apparently it shows my softer side." He answered and Rocky never dropped her grin when he did. “Oh yeah, I totally agree.” She said with a secure nod. Entering the bedroom, eyes widened when taking in the site. No hotel, no bedroom had ever looked like this in both size and style. With high ceilings, a huge bed that she didn’t want to imagine was put to what use before Jared’s arrival, and a setting that seemed both homey and cold, she was in awe. The raven-haired girl walked into the room further, examining all of the things she thought were Jared’s personal belongings. It wasn’t difficult to point out his equipment from Jareth’s. The bass guitar, for one, screamed ‘Jared’. Moving towards the bed, she took a seat as fingers wrapped around a picture frame, plucking it up from the night table. The picture was of the two of them and it was strange that they could look happy like in that picture but a few minutes ago, she didn’t want to be next to him, talking to Dom and Rowan. But right now, there was no place she’d rather be. "Well, well, well. Alone in my room at last." Jared stated as he entered the room as well. Looking up with a grin forming, she nodded and looked behind her. “Yep… I’m on your bed too,” She teased to look to Jared again. Getting comfy and looking at the picture again, she placed it back on the night table, making a mental note to steal it later on in the night. As Jared approached, glance had moved up to brown orbs again. “What is Rowan meeting us in 20 minutes for?” She asked.

Watching her look around his room, Jared kept a grin on his face. No one really came into his room. Riley sometimes but she was usually hiding out. Rocky took a picture from his bedside table. Jared didn't have to see it to know the picture. Eyes watched her, studied her as a smile spread over her lips. She returned it and moved so she focused on him again. "Yep. I'm on your bed too...""Minx." He replied, chuckling as he walked over to join her. Kneeling against the mattress, he leaned over and kissed her. A gentle touch of his lips against hers. Hands away, not touching her or holding her. When he pulled away, brown orbs stared into her green ones. He didn't have to speak how he felt. His eyes did the talking. He fell foreward onto the bed. Rolling onto his back, he placed one foot on teh bed edge, bending his knee. Rocky questioned him about Rowan and he had expected that. "What is Rowan meeting us in 20 minutes for?"Well 'Three's Company' ya know." But he was merely teasing her. Reaching out, he rubbed his finger tips over the small of her back. Massaging gently, while his other arm was flung across his chest. "She's just going to help you dress. Ry was my first choice but I don't think she'll grace us with her prescence tonight." Since they had twenty minutes... "You know, we do have time to kill." Grabbing the bottom of her shirt, he tugged at it playfully, looking up at her with an innocent expression. But he let that mischevious look pass through his eyes briefly. Grabbing her wrist, he pulled her hand to his lips, kissing her knuckles. "Get through tonight and everything will be fine."

Form had stood awkwardly in the forest before Riley, an ex-girlfriend of his, and just smiled mildly when hearing her small exclamation. As her arms wrapped around his neck, he welcomed the hug and loosely, arms went around her waist and smile grew when he actually realized she was happy to see him. "You're ok, you're alright, you... you..." Dean’s grin came to a halt when Riley slowed down and knew that now she’d take on the more protective role. As her form parted from his, hands lightly stayed on hips while wincing at her hand making contact with the side of his head. "You moron. What were you thinking? Why are you here?" She quickly added, expression turning to worry. Chuckling, Dean leaned away from her in slight shock, and fake confusion. “Hey, what happened to ‘Oh my God, Dean. Thank goodness you’re alright!’ I got ripped off with my welcoming.” He answered and scoffed, hands going to his waist like he was insulted. But before he could lay on anymore guilt, her hand quickly grabbed his to pull him further into the forest. Following, her through and glancing back to see if there was any movement in the dark shadows of the trees, he stopped with Riley again. Just looking at her while she scanned for any more wolves, he didn’t even take time to listen for somebody coming towards them. Finally, her eyes met his hazel greens and he came back to life, shifting his weight as she asked, "So... You're here because...?" Eyes looked up and brows arched. “It’s not obvious?” He asked and then a little grin appeared before licking his lips to answer her properly. “Ry… you told me about this manor and how a very powerful vampire owns it, housing a few vampires and werewolves in it.” He started as arms folded over his chest smugly, “And I just happen to have a few hunting materials and home made explosives in my trunk…” He said, implying that they’d do a bit of hunting. “It is a good thing I found you though,” Eyes scanned over her for a moment, a small sigh released as he did and continued, more mumbled than before. ”…‘cause you need to get your brother out of that there while I set up, and you look really good by the way.” He stated in one complete thought. Looking up at her again, he knew this wasn’t the time or place to compliment her or suggest any flattery, however, it wasn’t like they could move at the moment. Thinking they could at least act like friends again before hunters, he did prefer that with Riley.

It was difficult to explain or even for Rocky to comprehend and grasp the concept herself, but she actually felt ironically safe with Jared. A hunter and a werewolf wasn’t a match made in Heaven or Hell. Yet she was unable to lie and say she felt as though she was in danger. She was vulnerable around Jared, yes, but with the protective attitude and their unconditional love, she couldn’t be harmed. Lips met her own softly for a moment before eyes opened to stare into his. It wasn’t awkward or hindered; Rocky simply looked over her shoulder with a small smile at Jared lying back on the bed. Feeling his hand massage into her back, she gave a refrained smile at his silly joke about Rowan since they both knew Jared found it easy to tease. "She's just going to help you dress. Ry was my first choice but I don't think she'll grace us with her presence tonight." Rocky nodded and swallowed the knot building in her throat, knowing she’d have to prepare before seeing Rowan again. But before sullenness took over, another action and words from Jared ensued. "You know, we do have time to kill." Rocky let out an unimpeded chuckle before looking at him take her hand and bring it to his lips to kiss. “Uh huh…” Rocky started before gently leaning back, leaning on her side as she faced him. “So what are you suggesting? Prep time for Rowan? I’ll get you all warmed up until she comes in to get rid of the heat?” She asked, smirking at him. Getting comfortable on her side though, resting her hand on his chest, she was curious. And although curiosity wasn’t probably what they had in mind at his point, time was running out for questions. “So, tell me more about this ball. I mean, ‘mingling with the beasties’ am I gonna have to do?” She asked, knowing she’d probably have to talk to Dominic, Rowan and Jareth again downstairs.

“And I just happen to have a few hunting materials and home made explosives in my trunk…” Riley looked up at him in shock. Of course he came here to hunt. Looking way, she scoffed and took a few steps away. It didn't surprise her really, but scared her instead. If she hadn't come along, he'd already be at it. Then he'd be either dead or captured. Crossing her arms, she turned back to look at him. Shaking her head, she came back over. "No." She stated firmly. "Dean you can't hunt here. You're outnumbered, over powered and..." What else, what else! "And you just can't." Yeah. Real convincing. Reaching out, she grabbed his arms. "Dean you have to leave, please. Just put this place in your rearview and go." Eyes stared up at him as she pleaded. She never asked for any help in this. The only reason she mentioned Jareth and the deal to him was because Dean was her friend and she felt like he should know. Then he mumbled the compliment and she dropped her hands with a smile. "You don't like like crap either." She replied witha smirk. The sound of movement made her glance away. The patrol was coming back. They coudln't argue in the woods all night. Sooner or later they would get caught. "C'mon." She took his wrist and led him back towards the road. Once convinced he wasn't going to break free and head back, she let him go. "Didn't expect you to see you again." She admitted, tucking the gun in the back of her jeans. Glancing up at him, she looked away again. "You didn't say much after I told you. We did the hunt and you left."

Jared smiled at Rocky as she lay down beside him. Watching her with that silent grin, he couldn't believe how things worked out. How lucky he was. They kept fighting against all odds. Every doubt, every roadblock, anything that came their way they overcame it. Werewolves and hunters were suppose to kill eachother. They shouldn't have fallen in love, shouldn't be happy but there were. Looking up at the ceiling, he kept remembering everything they'd been through so far. The good and the bad. Rocky's joke about Rowan broke his thoughts. Chuckling, Jared looked over at her. "I don't know about that. Can't you finish the job? Squirm a little just for me?" With one arm under his heand, he placed his free hand over her's. There were still some things to sort out before the big ball tonight. “So, tell me more about this ball. I mean, how much ‘mingling with the beasties’ am I gonna have to do?”"It'll be like meeting the family for the first time. A hairy, fangy family but still family. They poke at you, try to understand you and humilate you." He grinned at her. "They're such a great group of people." Though his stomach was in knots over Jareth's first meeting with Rocky. He was interested in the idea of a beast dating a human. A human hunter even. Worry showed on his face instantly. Jareth would try to break them up. He knew it. Rolling onto his side, he looked down at her, trying to hide the worry. "Maybe we should just leave." Leaning down, he kissed her tenderly, his lips a gentle pressure on her's. One hand came up to cup her face. His thumb carrassed over her jaw. Digits then were pushed into her hair, combing it out as he pushed it away from her face. Pulling away, he kissed her cheek, down to her jaw and even further down to her neck. Maybe he was trying to distract her so she wouldn't argue. Though mostly likely he justed want to kiss her. Touch her. Nuzzling against her neck, he sighed and dropped down to lay beside her. His face stayed buried against her neck and his hand dropped down to rest across her stomach. At this moment in time he was hating himself for bringing her here.

Rocky thought intently on what was going to happen tonight and with Jared’s teasing, it brought a small smile though didn’t offer any comfort. While getting relaxed on his bed and looking at him, she listened, accompanied by a smirk. "They're such a great group of people.""Uh huh… they sound like it. Maybe I’ll get to join their club and learn the secret handshake.” She returned and thought that their conversation was light and humorous but suddenly, it seemed like concern struck Jared. A thought had appeared when he was trying to forget it all. And that just caused Rocky to worry. "Maybe we should just leave." He suggested. Just as suddenly as the turn of mood, Jared leaned in to Rocky and introducing her to a soft kiss. Eyes quickly shut as he delicately kissed her and although she welcomed the kiss, it did feel strange nevertheless. He thankfully moved his attention to her jaw and eventually retreated to nuzzle into her neck. Eyes saying closed and the comforted smile reappeared while lying back on the bed. Knowing that Jared probably didn’t want the mood ruined, she still had to make sure he was aware that there was no turning back now. That if they wanted to be together, this had to happen; including the torture they had to endure. “Jared, we’re here. You really think Jareth will let us leave now?” She asked, knowing he wouldn’t answer but at least get the general concept that they had to do this. As the hunter and wolf lied there, the one thing she was asking for was that they could end their night like this. Both completely content without incident. Except, what interrupted their serenity was Rocky’s error. Groaning in annoyance, she remembered that they had to visit another she-wolf before the ball tonight. Finally opening her eyes and staring at the ceiling passed the bedposts, she stirred Jared. “Honey… bear in mind that we have to see Rowan soon; a girl that probably wont mind banging on your door to get us up.”

Jared was comfortable, lying with his arms around Rocky. Even this moment of peace was hard to enjoy though. There was still the ball to look forward to. "Uh huh… they sound like it. Maybe I’ll get to join their club and learn the secret handshake.” It really wasn’t all that funny, but he found himself laughing anyways. He was dragging his hunter girlfriend into a gathering of vampires and just about every king of lycanthrope under the sun. Sighing, he nuzzled against her neck more. In a way, it really was a club. Each species had its own leaders and pack enforcers. Jareth’s wolves all belonged to him, so he was their dominant, their leader. The serene moment of jokes and cuddling was, in the end, shattered. “Jared, we’re here. You really think Jareth will let us leave now?” She had a point. This whole ordeal of bringing Rocky here, letting her mingle with the beasties, was to impress Jareth into letting them stay together. If they ran now, they would never have a chance. Wolves and whatever else he wanted to send would hunt them both down. “Honey… bear in mind that we have to see Rowan soon; a girl that probably wont mind banging on your door to get us up.” Ignoring her, since he knew he lost, he sat up on the bed. Arms untangled from around her and he let his hands fall into his lap. The room was silent and uncomfortable, so he stood and walked over to the window. “Jareth’s going to expect a few things from you. One is to know some of the Master’s who come in from other territories and other lycanthrope leaders.” He turned to look at her. “Then there’s one other thing…” The way he trailed off, the look on his face, he obviously didn’t enjoy the last part of what Jareth would expect. With his arm up, forearm braced against the window, he stared out into the dark grounds. “It’s like a game, for wolves. Something passed down through our history. It’s more so… a way of picking partners.” The Red Roses recital was first introduced to him when Rowan begged Jareth to let her try to pair up with Jared. But despite how she felt about Jared, she faltered during one of the answers and that was the end of thinking they should be a mated pair. It really hadn’t detoured her lust for him though.

Dean just stared at Riley like he was listening intently on what she was saying. The truth was that he wasn’t listening at all. He was just staring; words traveling in through one ear, remaining slightly and would take time to comprehend. And even if he did take in, it wasn’t like he would actually take her precaution seriously. People rarely ever told Dean what to hunt and what not to hunt. The only exception to that was his father. But still, she continued with her persuasion. "Dean you can't hunt here. You're outnumbered, over powered and you just can't." She explained. Yet still, he shook his head. “Its not like I’m gonna waltz in there, guns blazing. I have a plan.” He said and then took in a breath, as he looked away, hands tucking into his pockets and shrugging a bit. “Or… most of a plan. I have a ‘pla’ okay?” He said, trying to lighten the mood a bit but she stayed serious. Delicate hands went to his arms as she pleaded. Subtle smiles and compliments were passed but that was intervened by the crackle of branches under either heavy paw or foot. Dean’s eyes moved but Riley’s hand went to his wrist and lead him to black pavement where he observed her the whole way back. It was strange to see her again, and he admitted, it was slightly difficult. He knew there might have been a chance –after all, this was her home- but he didn’t prepare for a conversation. Stopping in front of her, he half expected her to continue to nag him about leaving. "Didn't expect you to see you again. You didn't say much after I told you. We did the hunt and you left." Riley said and Dean tilted his head while eyes met hers. “Well, what was I supposed to do? Stick around and offer my congratulations that your brother had a nice coat? He asked, being facetious of course. The truth was that the friend in him told him to act like it was fine; show support to Riley. But the hunter in him told him differently. It was instinct to kill Jared, not because he did anything wrong but because he could. So, he found the middle ground and left. He wouldn’t support the Weathers, but he wouldn’t hurt them either. Sighing, he knew he couldn’t tell Riley all this. “Look, I’m sorry I left,” He started “But I’m here now, and with a new hunt. I should do this. You’re a hunter too. You’re saying that if you found a house full of ghouls, you wouldn’t get rid of it?”

Rocky noticed Jared’s nervous behavior where he unusually walked to the window and wouldn’t meet her eyes again after that. Though her hatred for Jareth and the rest of the beasts downstairs ran deep, and she would love to be accompanied by a stake in her bodes when meeting them, she knew she had to offer comfort by remaining calm. “Then there’s one other thing…” He started and took in a sigh like it was difficult to fathom. “It’s like a game, for wolves. Something passed down through our history. It’s more so… a way of picking partners.” He finished. “Um… All right…” She chuckled awkwardly while looking away from his back that was directed to her. “Well, what is it exactly? Should we practice or something?” Rehearsing lines that soon would be announced in front of Jareth wouldn’t humor Jared at a time like this. Tilting her head while observing him though, she pushed herself up from the bed. Approaching the wolf and wrapping her arms around his shoulders and chest, Rocky’s lips pressed down lightly on his shoulder in a kiss. Glancing up at the window, she attempted her distraction again. “Babe, I think you’re the one who should be teasing me on how I’ll probably trip and fall on my-“ Rocky suddenly stopped her sentence after starting it with a small smirk until something caught her eye. The red taillight of a vehicle brought her to puzzlement and head tilted up again. She didn’t remember any of the other wolves driving except Jared. Observing that it was black, 60’s model was all she could tell by just the back. Parked far enough from the manor, yet close enough to trees to keep it hidden; she noticed the back was badly parked showing that the owner was in a rush. It looked unusually familiar. “I know that car…” She started as she let Jared go and stepped between him and the window to better catch a glimpse. Lips parted as she stared and came to a profound realization. Dean Winchester’s car. “Aw crap…”

“Well, what is it exactly? Should we practice or something?”Jared watched teh patrolling wolves below. Tying to put off explaining 'Red Rose' to her. Orbs, dark in the absense of light, studied the grounds. There wasa rustling of sheets, the almost silent sound of footsteps. Rocky was approaching. He never turned to look at her. Never acknowledged that he knew of her approach. Slender arms wrapped around his shoulders. Lips spread into a grin as she kissed his clothed shoulder. Bringing on hand up, he grabbed hold of her wrists. "Practice makes perfect." He commented with a smile. Chuckling, he let out a sigh, closinghis eyes. "It's pretty simple. You just have to look pretty and ask a few questions. The whole thing is staged. I mean you recite the same thing that everyone else had before you. But Jareth won't let you avoid it." Opening his eyes, he glanced over his shoulder at her. That teasing grin was on his lips. The night couldonly go downhill from here, so he was enjoying his time with her. Turning away from her, he stared inot the night again. As she spoke, her breath was warm against his ear. Eyes closed at teh comforting feeling of her near him. "I know that car..."Opening his eyes slowly, he followed her gaze to see what she was talking about. His first guess was Riley. But the black shape past the treeline was not familiar. Hunter. Not a big surprise. This was the biggest part of the year for creatures that went bump in the night. Letting go of her arm, he stepped back as she moved between him and the window. Strong arms wrapped around her waist. He searched the grounds again. All the wolves seemed to be patrolling still. Either the hunter had not been apprehended or they had taken him or even her to the basement. "Stupid hunter. Who takes on a whole ballroom full of beasts? If they get a hold of him, we'll have dinner and a show." There was a hint of disgust. Jareth tended to have a great time with captured hunters. If they were women, they were given to the male wolves for fun. They'd spend days, if not weeks, being some sexual release for the furry. Cruel to say but nevertheless, it was the truth. Men were tortured for weeks. Pieces of flesh cut from their bodies in strips. Sometimes they became food for the werewolves in the end. Eyes would be gouged out, tongue removed, the horrors were endless. "Aw crap..."Rocky's commented worried him. If she knew the hunter, he hated for a friend to go through such torture. Kissing the side of her face, hands came up to rub her arms. "What is it, babe?" He rested his chin on her shoulder. What would be worse, if this was a friend of Rocky's, was Jareth finding that out. Because he would enlist Jared in helping with the torture.

“Its not like I’m gonna waltz in there, guns blazing. I have a plan. Or… most of a plan. I have a ‘pla’ okay?”Riley kept up with Dean as they headed for the road. Her eyes stayed focused on the forest floor. Things were going pretty well, all things considered. The last hunt had started out rocky in the human relations aspect. Akward to be around each other. Akward to talk to each other. Stepping over dead branches and baby trees, she listned to him explain his 'pla'. Though Dean's form turning and stopping in front of her forced her to halt. Stopping, her chin tipped up to look at him. "Stick around and offer my congratulations that your brother had a nice coat?""Don't you stand there and invision Jared as a fur coat instead. That's rude." Then he apologized for leaving right after. That statement was a bit of a shock. She rarely heard him apologize for anything. "Yeah well, they were my problems and I dumped them on you. So I'M sorry." The road wasn't far from where they stood. As Riley stared in its general direction, she could see headlights of cars heading for the manor entrance. Different variations of the Boogeyman were arriving. Dean's ghoul comment brought her attention back to him. "You’re a hunter too. You’re saying that if you found a house full of ghouls, you wouldn’t get rid of it?”"First off, ghouls inhabit old cemetaries, not houses. But yeah, I get it." She took a deep breath, thinking the question over. "Dean it's not.." She sighed. "It's not the same. Yes I would barge into this hypothetical ghoul house, guns blazing, ready to save the world. But my brother is up there with his girlfriend." She stated, just hoping he'd realize the danger as she explained further. "Even if you and I head in, meet up with them, we're still outnumbered. It's like 5,000 to 1. If this party, ball, what-the-fuck-ever it is wasn't going on up there, then yeah. I would go with you. I'd take you in. But not tonight. Please." She didn't beg often. But if Dean went in there tonight, even with her trying to help, she'd end up losing a best friend. She wouldn't move from her spot now. Not til he turned and put all this behind him. The dark forest air was silent around them. Even in the darkness, she pleaded with her eyes. Whether he noticed or not, she needed him to hear her plea and listen.

Eyes still set on the work of art of a car and tried her best to think of how to act next. Lips had parted in worry and as much as it seemed like she prayed to God that this wasn’t happening, it kept becoming more and more real. "What is it, babe?" Jared asked and started to gently kiss the side of her face, up to her ear and caused her eyes to slowly close. Jared’s kisses only distracted her for a moment before she turned to him, putting hands on his chest and pausing when looking at him, she was glad to at least halt him from further clouding her mind. Debating whether or not she should mention his name due to their history with the Winchester, she didn’t think it would even be possible for her to find Dean alone and unharmed on the plot of land to send him on his way. Staring at coffee hued orbs still, she winced slightly before speaking “Okay, promise not to get mad, okay?” She requested before going on. “That's… Dean Winchester’s car.” She knew he’d recognize the name quickly. Worry struck her expression while trying to observe him/ Whether it was because Dean was either roaming around the grounds or the fact that Rocky noticed Dean’s car in a pinch, she knew Jared would be less than pleased. Sighing, Rocky licked her lips as she glanced down. “Listen, I get that you hate Dean, but we need to find him. Leaving him in the woods with those patrolling animals… He doesn’t deserve to die.” Rocky pleaded with him. Unlike some previous men she had known, Jared always seemed unpredictable. It was just in his nature to be that way, it seemed. A day she might assume she’d be relaxing with him in a bar, they would be out back, swimming in the lake behind the Roadhouse. And days that started off as a quiet morning, it would result in a tussle between the two of them due to pure curiosity of if Rocky could handle Jared’s strength. However, despite all this, if there was one thing she did know about Jared, it was that he was good. That he would push passed his hatred for Dean if Rocky honestly wanted to save the hunter. Orbs burrowed into Jared’s still slightly saddened and begging him to help. Just to escort her around the woods so she wouldn’t get lost and give the patrolling wolves and reason to be hankering for some game playing. And with Jared and his heightened senses, it should be easy as pie to find Dean and return him back to his car. Keeping on a puppy dog face, she pleased, “Jared. Please?”

Hands still held on to Riley’s while she led Dean away from the mansion and further towards his car. He observed her and noticed how when he read her, she seemed genuine. Like she was interested in keeping him safe rather than out of her hair stopping by his car though, their touch halted and Dean was still in the same hunter mental standpoint. And although it wasn’t difficult for him to understand where Riley was coming from, he didn’t see much of a flaw in his plan. Explosives were clean; fool proof even. Granted, with pun intended, all the beasts would go out with a bang, but at least they’ll all be dead. "It's not the same. Yes I would barge into this hypothetical ghoul house, guns blazing, ready to save the world.” She told him. “Ahhh…” He said like she said something wise and worth remembering “But you would go into that house. Just like I’m gonna go into this manor.” “But my brother is up there with his girlfriend." Riley quickly came in a rebuttal. With this mentioned, Dean rolled his eyes and that was escorted by a sigh. He’s met Jared before, and he never imagined him to be one to have a girlfriend but if he did, Dean was sure as hell going to give him a hard like about that like the Weathers man did with Dean. He could care less about the female beast that Jared was hiding away, and he was pretty sure Riley didn’t support a lusting, throat sucking relationship between the two. “Right, that’s why I said it was a good thing I ran into you,” Dean said, taking a few steps towards her, lightly resting a hand on her shoulder. “You can go in there and grab your brother while I set up out here.” Dean tried convincing her. It was apparent that he wasn’t leaving the wood any time soon, and was very narrow minded about it all. To him, he still had a job to do. Letting go of her shoulder, Dean slowly backed up towards the Impala’s trunk, hand sliding into his pocket to pull out the hot rod’s keys while he kept his eyes on her. “But leave the chick up there. I don’t feel like letting a wolf or a vampire or whatever out in the world so she can scare little kids.” He said then put the key into the trunk of his car, turning it until hearing it unlock. However, to just see her reaction, he pushed open the heavy metal door up, and held back on slipping in the combination to the weapons trunk.

Jared already did not like the way she was acting. People who hesitated always had news that was bad. Dark eyes flicked to the window avoiding hers. As she struggled to get teh name out, he tried to think of who it could be. Jacen didn't drive something like that and if it was Jacen, itw ould be worthless to ask for help. Hell, Jared would be out there helping to hunt him down if he knew. But no, it wasn't Jacen. The car was familiar. Not in a way that he would know personally but because of someone else knowing. “Okay, promise not to get mad, okay?” "Why would I get mad?" He asked, a little offended. He rarely blew up in front of Rocky. Just teh one time at Jacen. Though it was fact that he had a temper, he tried to hide it. "Rocky for God's sake just spit it out." They had enough on their plate for the evening. If he had to save a friend, he'd rather do it now. “That's… Dean Winchester’s car.”Jared wasn't prepared for that dropped bomb. He'd accidentally read about Rocky's relationship with Dean and something about the teenage romance bothered him. Dean was nothing more than a player. A conquerer of women. Like the Cassonova of this age. Backing away from Rocky, he put his back to her. They had to help him. Keep him from becoming tonights entertainment. That's where he felt torn in two. One half, the... primitive side, the animal side, would love to watch this hunter be tortured and put to death, but the other... more human half knew he couldn't let that slide. Both out of hate for how he treated his sister and perhaps jealousy for his relationship to Rocky, both then and now, told Dean to walk away. Then she tried reasoning with him. “Listen, I get that you hate Dean, but we need to find him. Leaving him in the woods with those patrolling animals… He doesn’t deserve to die.”"And that bastard would jump at the chance to do me in as well." Jared spat, turning around. Eyes had already melted away to a dark gold as he stared at her. "He's arrogant enough to think he can take on hundreds of shapeshifters and vampires? Then he deserves to get his ass handed back to him. I-I can't belive you're even asking me this. You who know how I feel about him." He could have gone on for house about how much her hated the hunter, but Rocky's eyes burning into his made him stop. This was her friend and he knew how much people close to her meant to her. Sighin in defeat, he closed his eyes. He loved her and could see now why people considered love a weakness. When he opened his eyes, she was laready using puppy dog peepers. "Jared. Please?"With a groan of displeasure, he gave in. Gave up. "Fine. But as soon as I see him, he's getting a black eye." He stated, pointing at her. Stepping in closer, he cupped the side of her face. This meant something to her and he wanted to keep her happy. Leaning in, he kissed her softly. It was almost an apology for actin how he did, but he still hated the man. Ready to leave on this rescue mission, his phone started to ring. Pulling away form Rocky, he pulled the slim electronic device from his pocket. The display was lit up with the name, "Riley.."
