"Hey! Where the hell do you think you're going?"Jacen had stopped; his glance sidetracked over to the burly man coming towards him again and his glare was hard locked on to the man. “I’m going up to my loft!” He yelled before turning back to go up there before continuing on with his banter, just to brag, “Oh yeah, I forgot. I have no right to go on my own property.” He stated but before his attention went back to his other target to focus, a gun was back to his face. Granted he had his gun aimed up but he didn’t need it when he caught site of the girl holding the 9mm. "Drop it, ass-" The girl had started until they both realized who the other attacker was, and Jacen didn’t hesitate to lower the gun when she had recited his name. His eyes locked on to her raging green orbs that had been on his baby blues. “Riley?” He questioned and couldn’t even look over her yet. For one, he wouldn’t let himself and second, he was just too much in shock. He thought that if she could help it, she wouldn’t come in contact with him again. “Wait, you two know each other?” He heard Rocky inquire when she approached. Glancing back at the other former love interest, he noticed she that didn’t look too pleased to see that they had relations with each other. He perched the barrel of the gun on his shoulder with his hand still on the stock, finger still on the trigger when he turned to look at both her and Jared again. “Uh, yeah, we met a while ago. You uh…” Jacen had glanced between them, realizing that if they met then that wouldn’t be great news for him but still was very ironic. Looking to Rocky again, he let off a little laugh, “Whoa, this sure is a small world, aint it, freckles?” His eyes then went back to examine Jared, who he still didn’t know anything about. “And just who is the side of beef over here?” He asked.

Rocky’s eyes had met up with Jared again, but with that look he gave her, that untrusting look, just hurt her. And this is why she couldn’t get close to him. She’d always lie and he’d probably always believe it until somebody like Jacen came along and screwed it all up. She felt alone, once again. Eyes had soon widened when she saw Jacen’s eyes meet Riley’s along with both guns out and aimed to the other being. God, what did she get them into? However, her attention was brought back to how they looked at each other and then lowered their guns, after reciting the other’s name. The phrase, "A small world" didn't even begin to cover it, seeing as how the hunters world was already small enough. And the odds of Riley and Jacen having familiar relations like Rocky did were quite slim. Well, at least she wouldn't have to stop Jared; his sister did that for them. “Wait, you two know each other?" She asked, still trying to grasp that idea. “Uh, yeah, we met a while ago. You uh…” Jacen started before giving off a little laugh “Whoa, this sure is a small world, aint it, freckles?” All right, now this was way too much to grasp. HE had a gun to them and when he sees Riley, thats when he lowers his aim and starts laughing? He had spoiled the one good thing that was going for Rocky at the time and that was friendship. And now, he was perfectly fine? Peeved already, she had scoffed at the hick and rolled her eyes. "Dont call me 'freckles'" She stated firmly before turning around again to retrieve her bag. This was ruined; she wasnt planning on this happening so the next thing to do, was leave.

Riley just stared at Jacen. She was still shocked to be standing in his barn, his home. Five months ago she had sworn to never see him again, never even think about him. With her gun still aimed at his face, she looked down at Rocky. Jealousy started to boil up when she pondered about how they might know each other. Clenching her jaw tight, she lowered the gun away from his face. "Jared. We're leaving." She stated in a flat tone, angry green eyes glaring into his. As she looked away, while tucking the gun back into her jeans, she had caught his question about Jared. Eyes shot up and they both answered at the same time. "I'm her brother.""He's my brother." Pushing past Jacen, she could almost feel her cheeks burning. Sure she had been pissed when she swore him off and left, but she didn't just dump her feelings on the side of the road. Starting down the stairs, her eyes met Rocky's and there was nothing friend about her gaze. Jared was waiting for her at the bottom, a glare in his eyes as well. See? This is why she never trusted anyone or at least tried not to. She'd only known Rocky for a few hours and she was already lying to them. 'Oh it'll be fine. He's not even home'. They were better off at the manor. But then she saw Rocky looked just as pissed and was starting to leave as well. Probably best for them all to just go their seperate ways.

Jared was a little distracted when Riley recognized this hunter and he recognized her as well. When he snapped back into reality, that brotherly side started surfacing again. Riley wasn't a little girl anymore, he got that. But Jared figured if he didn't like the guy, Riley should be with him. True, he didn't know for sure if these two had a history like that, but he didn't doubt it. Plus, the tension between them was thick enough to cut with a knife. "Jared. We're leaving." A little smile crept across his lips. It was like she had read his mind. Stepping forward, he picked up her bag and slung it over his shoulder. He spared Rocky another disappointed glance. He really wanted to get to know her, but now he felt like he could trust her. So why would he risk her knowing his secret, only for her to gather up a bunch of hunters and chase him down? Even if she might say she'd never do that. Then Jacen made his smartass remark. "And just who is the side of beef over here? Jared's brown orbs flashed with anger. Side of beef? He could tear this guy in two if he wanted. Riley answered him as well. "He's my brother.""I'm her brother." He said in an almost growling tone. Hopefully Jacen would understand he was protective and just forget he ever knew Riley. Riley was coming down the stairs and took a place by his side. He wanted so much to say 'I told you so' but he bit back the snotty comment. This was just how her life was now. The best thing for her was to have zero friends, with maybe the exception of Rowan and Dominic. But Riley just fought against that idea constantly. Sure it sucked to be a loner, but it was easier. Besides, she still had him.

Jacen’s attention was still on Rocky and Jared before his ears caught sound of the familiar female’s voice announcing their exit and pushing past him. Blue eyes had shot over to Riley in shock and almost the look of disappointment when he had clunked his weight down the stairs as well. “Wait, you guys are leaving?” He asked since they were eager to find a place to stay. Usually, he would never house hunters but with the amount of entertainment and amusement these people provided, he’d make an exception. He’d get to bother two of his former girls and a side order of a man; was there a better prize in the jackass handbook? Following down the stairs, he stopped by the crowd of hunters again. Rocky had turned around with a sigh, “Yeah, I had enough embarrassment for one day. They needed a place to stay and they obviously can’t find it here.” Jacen noticed she was turning away and instantly reached out to grasp her wrist lightly as a signal to halt her and listen before glancing up at all of the hunters. “Nah, that’s not needed. I have extra rooms you know, you could stay here.” He said and knew he shouldn’t expect them to accept quickly. “You want us to stay…here?” He had heard Rocky asked. “Well sure, it’ll be like one big slumber party. I have an extra bed and a couch.” He said with a grin before looking to Jared and of course, had to take up his faulty scumbag roll again. “Hell, you could sleep here in the barn.” He already wasn’t starting off great with this guy, but he couldn’t help it. It was just too good to resist.

“Wait, you guys are leaving?” Rocky was already starting to leave before turning around again to glance to Jacen with a sigh and tossing him an annoyed look. She was ready to deck this guy. How could you love somebody and hate them at the same time. There was no reason for picking this particular house to squat in. Hell, this was probably the worst place and she knew it. However, when those wheels started turning and she was asking herself those questions again, she got lost in translation, stopping herself from thinking any further. “Yeah, I had enough embarrassment for one day. They needed a place to stay and they obviously can’t find it here.” She stated before going to turn around again. When she did, however, Jacen’s rough yet, this time, gentle grip had caught her wrist. Her eyes glanced down at the contact in both and annoyance and shock. “Nah, that’s not needed. I have extra rooms you know, you could stay here.” He continued to bait them on. Rocky’s eyes altered to look to the other hunters since she already knew that they wouldn’t like that idea. Hell, Riley was tossing Rocky a glare after pulling a gun on Jacen and Jared looked like his opinion of Rocky changed completely as well. Eyes had met back to Jacen’s, still acting as if she were confused and didn’t understand, which she didn’t. His intentions weren’t apparent to her just yet. “You want us to stay…here?” She asked. “Well sure, it’ll be like one big slumber party. I have an extra bed and a couch. Hell, you could sleep here in the barn.” Jacen answered. Rocky’s eyes rolled and then shook her head in disparagement with a scoff before folding her arms over her chest. She knew Jacen, and he probably knew her better than any one yet they were both still mysteries with each other. However, cracking his intentions wasn’t too easy.

“Wait, you guys are leaving?” Looking up from her spot beside her brother, she stared at Jacen with a puzzled expression. Of course they were leaving. Why the hell would Riley want to risk staying around him? She'd end up falling for him all over again, even if he tried being a jerk. Plus, she could already tell Jared wasn't too fond of staying. One reason being that Jacen was doing his best to irritate him and another being that Jareth hated it when Jared was away for to long. That's why they had planned on heading back to the manor tonight. Glancing over at Rocky, she saw that she stopped. Was she going to give in? "No way in hell that I would even consider staying." Riley thought herself, picturing her position on the situation to be as solid as a rock. They were going and the sooner the better. Jacen wouldn't want the two of them around, hell he chased them out of his life. Well, Riley couldn't be sure about his history with Rocky, but considering she was a woman it was probably something romantic. Still, she couldn't say whether or not they had severed ties as well. “Yeah, I had enough embarrassment for one day. They needed a place to stay and they obviously can’t find it here.” A pinch of guilt crept into Riley's mind. Rocky had brought them here, just trying to help them. She obviously didn't know that Jacen would be here and even worse, that Riley was on bad terms with him. “Nah, that’s not needed. I have extra rooms you know, you could stay here.” Green obs widened and soft lips parted in shock. "Who ha what?" Was all Riley could scream out in her mind. Jacen...wanted them....to stay? Oh he definatly had something up his sleeves. That damned hamster was alive and turning that wheel. So, here he had two old flames to toy around with and hell, he could continuing insulting Jared. For Jacen it was like a kid in a candy store. He was the perfect asshole...good kisser too...BUT that was beside the point. Riley gnawed on her lower lip, staring at him with suspicious eyes. “You want us to stay…here?” “Well sure, it’ll be like one big slumber party. I have an extra bed and a couch. Hell, you could sleep here in the barn.” That insult wasn't even directed at her and Riley glared. But she was pretty sure Jared would take the barn, after dismembering Jacen in his imagination. God, there'd better not be a fight breaking out. If Jacen was unarmed or at least didn't have silver bullets in a gun that was handy, Jared woul win without breaking a sweat. So when she could almost feel the anger resinating off her brother, she quickly elbowed him in the side. "Fine. Long as I get the bed and shower use, we'll stay." Hell, she wasn't going to pass up the oppurtunity and the last thing she wanted to do right now was travel more. If Jared wanted to sneak off back to the manor, like he should, he could easily manage that. Riley was content staying as far away from that place as she could. It wasn't that Dominic and Rowan bothered her, they were almost like having another brother or sister. As funny as it sounded, it was basically like another family to her. Even Jareth, who rarely travelled about or was seen, was included in that idea. But she could only take so much and found it easier to keep her thoughts private, from Jareth especially, when she had space between her and him. Glancing up at Jared, she hoped he wouldn't put up a fight. "Alright? Just one night." He didn't glance at her, but she noticed he stopped clentching his jaw.

Jared kept one hand on the strap of the duffle, his fingers curled around it tightly. He wanted to leave; now. But Riley just stood there beside him, not even acting like she really wanted to go. Jared couldn't believe that the possibility of his sister having or having had an intrest in this guy, was almost a guarentee. I mean, he was a downright jerk and probably one of those males to only have one thing on his mind. Eyes narrowed even more when he figured Jacen probably got that from Ry anyways. Sometimes, he was really disappointed in the men she chose to be around. First that Winchester bastards and now this cheap, man whore hick? His jaw set into a tight clench as his dark brown eyes never left Jacen's. “Wait, you guys are leaving?”"Well ain't he a sharp one." I mean, did they really look like they had any intention of staying anymore. Both girls were obviously pissed off at him and probably for the same reason. Plus Jared could only imagine the jealousy that was raging inside them. He wasn't sure if Rocky was known to be that type but heaven forbid you were a girl that was hitting on someone Riley liked. Because it usually ended pretty bloody, if you didn't know how to fight. That whole, 'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned', yeah....that fit her. True, she didn't date much anymore but if you spent a few nights with her, then she caught you with some other tramp.... Jared didn't even want to remember those situations. Him pulling his sister off some guy or girl or both happened way to many times to count. So now he was glad that they'd be leaving before all three of them got into it. “Nah, that’s not needed. I have extra rooms you know, you could stay here.” Jared loosened his grip on the bag. Something was running through this guys head. He came storming in here with a rifle, knocked Rocky back onto the ground and had the barrel in Ry's face. And NOW he wanted them to stay? Sure, because his intentions were pure and he had no plots of trying to bed one or both of the girls tonight. “You want us to stay…here?” “Well sure, it’ll be like one big slumber party. I have an extra bed and a couch. Hell, you could sleep here in the barn.” That's when his digits gripped the bag again tightly. Jacen definatly was hoping that he'd get some tonight from one of the girls. Probably why he thought it best to sarcastically offer Jared the barn. Not that it bothered him to sleep outside. He actually preferred it. Plus he could get back to the manor without any of them seeing him slip away. Course, he really didn't want to leave Riley here, so he wouldn't leave even though he should. Riley had elbowed him and it jarred his thoughts a bit. He glanced down at her, but she wasn't looking at him. It was just a warning to mind his temper. Alright, sure, no problem, he could manage it. "Fine. Long as I get the bed and shower use, we'll stay." Then she looked up at Jared himself. "Alright? Just one night" Jared didn't like this idea, but agreed. Relaxing his jaw and his hand, he didn't even glance at her. But he could feel her eyes on him and knew she could read his body language and extract his answer from that. Course, the idea of her in that house made him nervous. Jared wasn't sure if he should stay up and keep an eye on Jacen. Riley wouldn't appreciate the protection and would only reassure him that she could take care of herself. "Let the games begin." He thought bitterly and could only worry that the night might be longer than he wanted it to be.

Rocky still couldn’t see Jacen’s intention in helping them still. Did he really think he had a chance with her still? She was burnt before, and she didn’t know if she could live through that again. Especially after what happened. They’ve met several times; he knew her better than anybody yet a part of her still hated him and loved him. Now, seeing that he had his taste of women hunters with both her and Riley, she really hated him. "Fine. Long as I get the bed and shower use, we'll stay." Rocky heard Riley say and was actually a little surprised. Rocky knew if she were alone, she’d take up the offer but one of the reasons she didn’t was because she was denying his offer was because she was with Jared and Riley. The second reason was that he knew Riley. Her eyes then went to move over Jared again, scanning him over. She already knew that Jared and Jacen wouldn’t get along; that was a given. But what would he think of her now? What would she do? Sit there with her hands folded in her lap as he shunned her for lying? Shaking her head of the thought again, she looked back to Jacen. “Fine.” She agreed and started towards the blonde, her look less than happy. However, she still saw the grin on Jacen’s face when she held out her hand. “So, if Riley is taking one of the extra beds, I guess that leaves you to share a bed with me?” He said. Rocky didn’t focus long on looking up at him, but rather the rifle in his hand. Not answering his initial question, she held out her hand, “Gun.” She stated simply. “Is that a no?” He asked again, never dropping his grin. Glancing up to him, she answered again, not joking around him since that usually lead to her actually showing pleasure from being around him. “That’s a hell no. Gun.” She stated again. He had smirked down to her before taking the rifle off of his shoulder and placing it in her hand. Rocky looked down at the gun again before breaking the stock from the shell chamber, and then took out the shells, unloading it again. Tucking the bullets in her pocket when glancing up at him, she then swung the rifle’s strap over her shoulder before starting towards the exit of the barn.

"Fine. Long as I get the bed and shower use, we'll stay." Jacen’s lips curled into a smirk, letting himself grin when she agreed for all three of them. He didn’t know why he drew so much pleasure from harassing these three but he did. He knew it had to do something with the girls. He hasn’t seen either of them in a while, and had similar yet different relationships with each. He liked, if not loved each of them though he never let either of them know that with words. He had left both and that said a lot about his level of scumbag. His eyes then shot over to Rocky to see if she had agreed or not. “Fine.” Rocky answered pretty passively which made Jacen grin at how they both accepted this and already knew him, therefore it showed that they didn’t mind spending time with him, despite that they had put that shield up again. He kept on his cheeky smile when Rocky walked over to him, asking before she could request anything. “So, if Riley is taking one of the extra beds, I guess that leaves you to share a bed with me?” He didn’t even glance at Jared but he already knew that being Riley’s brother and how quickly he had jumped on him, that things would be shaking between them, and Jared had no problem with that. And he knew how much it would please him to see Jared’s glare but couldn’t look up from Rocky. “Gun.” She answered, holding out her gun and he just looked down at it again. She really was pretty bold around him. Well, he couldn’t say it surprised him. Continuing to grin, he had glanced to rifle on his shoulders before looking back to Rocky. “Is that a no?” He asked like he was still hopeful. “That’s a hell no. Gun.” She snapped before he gave a sigh but didn’t disagree, so instead, he pushed off the gun from his shoulders and put it in her hands. He had watched her unload the gun, turning it into a less than lethal weapon and so badly wanted to ask her if she had trusting issues but didn’t want to be the trigger to ending this little adventure early. Seeing that she started walking away, Jacen had started to follow her out, yards behind her before turning around walking backwards out, he then pointed to Jared. “Don’t think I don’t want that glass cleaned up.” He said, referring to the broken lamp and of course, would dump it on Jared before grinning even wider, dimpled, and then turning to face the exit again.

Riley was suppose to be over Jacen. But when she saw him flirting with Rocky, jealousy just boiled up inside her. He didn't make any comments about her sharing a bed with him... Shaking her head, she realized she wasn't suppose to be thinking that. She shouldn't care about who Jacen looked at and why. Taking her bag from Jared, she just put it over her shoulder. Without another look at Jacen, she turned around and started to head for the door. "Don't think I don't want that glass cleaned up." Riley paused and turned around. Jacen was ordering her brother around? Oh none of this was going to end well. She could already see all the muscles tense up in Jared's body, as he tried to stay calm. "Jacen do you try to be an ass? Or it just something that comes naturally?" She asked in a snapping tone, as she came walking back over to her brother. Dumping her bag on the ground, she walked over to the glass. God! Men can be so irritating and...lazy! There was a bucket nearby and she snatched it up to throw the ice in. Jared came walking over but Riley didn't even want help. "No...I got it." She didn't have to see him, to know he was backing off. He rarely listened to her requests but thankfully he did this time. Riley heard the zipper on the duffel bag being pulled and knew he was digging out clothes. As she picked up the glass, she got careless with the last piece and cut her finger slightly. First a gash on her forehead, still unattended to and now this. Her night was going down hill every time she moved. She tossed the last piece into the bucket angrily and stood up. Jared was already gone. Probably in some other part of the barn changing. Snatching up duffel, she sucked on the sliced finger and headed out of the barn. Tossing a glare at Jacen, she looked straight ahead again. "So, you gonna show me the extra bedroom or are you lying and there's only one room; yours?" Ok, the little voice in the back of her mind was saying that'd be great. She really needed to fire that voice. Turning to look at the barn and worry about if Jared would be alright out there, she looked back up at Jacen.

Jared shifted uncomfortably in his spot. So there was no disagreeing. They obviously were all staying here. Though it was nice to see that Rocky wasn't interested in Jacen at all. Course, Jared could be reading her wrong, but she seemed pretty damn pissed at him. When she walked by, he did turn and watch her go. Ok, so she was cute, what was he suppose to do. But then he felt Riley taking the bag from him and he just let her. Without a glance at Jacen, he started to follow his sister. "Don't think I dont' want that glass cleaned up." Jacen stopped in his tracks. Turning around, his eyes set on Jacen, he just glared. The muscles in his shoulders tenched and he balled his hands into fists. He could have said something snappy back, but his jaw was clenched to tight. "Jacen do you try to be an ass? Or is it just something that comes naturally?" Jared looked over at Riley. Why couldn't she just keep walking and let him take care of Jacen. The guy didn't act like he was intimidated but give Jared a few minutes alone with him and he'd think differently. Another surprise was when Riley came over, dumped the bag by his feet and then, which was the worst part, she started cleaning up. What the hell? He was just going to leave it there. Why should she come over and act like Jacen's personal maid. Taking a few steps towards her, she stopped him before he could help. "No... I got it." Blinking in surprise, he just shrugged. He wasn't going to argue with her right now. Turning around, he walked over and knelt by the duffel bag. None of his clothes were here because, well, he had planned on being at the manor by now. With a set of something to sleep in, Jared headed off to one side of the barn. The loft seemed like a great place to sleep but right now he just wanted to be alone. Standing next to a window, he stared out of it, longing to just get the hell out of here in the morning. He stripped down and then dressed back up in black and grey plaid, lounge pants and a white t shirt. Hay couldn't be that comfortable, hence why he didn't go shirtless. Running one hand through his hair, he let our a sigh and waited til the others left. Then he crept out and, with his clothes, retreated up into the loft. It was doubtful he'd sleep tonight, but he could try.

Jacen had stopped when he saw Riley and Jared both getting angry and honestly didn’t intend on making the female’s blood boil but after what he did, it was inevitable. Glancing to Riley again after stopping, he noticed the hatred in her eyes when she had snapped back at him. "Jacen do you try to be an ass? Or it just something that comes naturally?" Jacen, as out of character as it seemed, actually started to feel bad now. Of course, he’d never show Riley that but instead, would make some comment that would basically be his mask like always. “Actually, there’s this pill I take twice a day and it helps keep me on my toes.” He said before seeing her bend down to pick up the glass from the floor, and then snap at Jared when he even tried to help and Jacen had to smirk a bit but held back. “Or the fire of a women.” He left open ended. Seeing that she got her finger pricked by the glass and then throw the material back into the bucket before rising again with her bags and walking toward the exit with him again. He stood beside her, looking at her finger before his blue eyes rose again. “So, you gonna show me the extra bedroom or are you lying and there's only one room; yours?" Riley asked and it just caused Jacen to look down with a wide grin. “Oh you think I’d stoop that low?” He asked but then noticed her firm glare and thought it would be safest if he were to be serious now. “There’s an extra single and bedroom.” He stated simply. Approaching the house, he had already seen Rocky waiting by the door with the rifle still in her hand and he opened the door to the kitchen again, letting the girls go in first. “He’s really sleeping in the barn?” He heard Rocky ask before following them both back into the house. “Well, what did you expect? Some men are just dogs” He gave them way too much ammo with that statement and had to look up to them both. God, what was going to happen when they had to share space under the same roof with Jacen? Murder or a make out session? Probably both

Rocky didn’t mind walking alone back toward the house. She’s been there before and it was just in her to be adaptable to new places. Though Jacen, nobody would be able to get used to him. He had plagued her mind and the worst part of it was that it seemed like when ever she forgot about the pain, perhaps with another man like Jared, that anvil would just hit her again. It’s happened over and over and over again for her. It wasn’t some one-time thing that she got hurt. First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me. She should be ashamed if she let herself get clobbered like that again. Stopping by the door, she leaned against the wall next to it, the rifle resting on her shoulder like it did with Jacen and she was just way too tired in the state of it. She just wanted to get inside that house and sleep, no matter the place. She watched Jacen and Riley walk together from the barn, and then just had to scowl. Pushing off of the wall, she looked back at the barn. Jared was staying there? It wasn’t just that she didn’t trust Jacen there with them both alone but also didn’t trust herself there with him and didn’t want Jared alone in the barn. Hell, if he was going to sleep on the floor, he could just sleep on the floor it the house. “He’s really sleeping in the barn?” She asked, looking to Jacen when he was opening the door and of course, she should have expected some dumb comment while they entered the kitchen. “Well, what did you expect? Some men are just dogs” Rocky glanced up at Jacen, but didn't say anything; it was just too easy. He supplied her with more than enough ammo to snap some witty comment his way and have a good laugh but she had stopped herself.

“He’s really sleeping in the barn?” “Well, what did you expect? Some men are just dogs”Riley just stopped to stare up at Jacen. Would he ever just give up? Seriously. Jared hadn't even done or said anything to him. Hell, it wasn't like he was dating Riley, so it couldn't be jealousy. So what was with the whole asshole act? "Oh wait, that's just Jacen... Shaking her head, she just turned and walked into the house. This night was going to be filled with more stress than she needed right now. Adjusting the bag on her shoulder, Riley didn't wait for Jacen to show her around. Truding up the stairs, her mind was clouded with past and present emotions. *** The room Jacen had given her wasn't bad at all. She had taken a shower in the small bathroom earlier. Clean and comfortable, she had been sleeping for the last two hours. But the room was a little cold and now she was starting to feel it. Tossing, turning and even curling up, wasn't helping her stay warm. Her eyes fluttered open and green orbs adjusted to the dim light. "Oh for fucks sake...." She growled and sat up in bed. Pushing her hair back, she swung her legs over the side. Getting another blanket seemed like her only option. Riley had no idea where extra blankets would be and the last thing she wanted to do was go poking around in Jacen's house. So she pushed off the bed and headed for the door. Slipping into the dark hallway, she made her way down it as silently as she could. Rocky was down stairs on the couch but Riley couldn't be sure about that. It took a few opening and peeking in to different doors, before she found Jacen's. He was asleep and Riley hated to bother him, but she was cold and it wasn't like he'd kill her or anything. Creeping over to the bed side, she reached out to touch his shoulder. "Jacen...."
